OFFICE MANAGER

 

Koworking Korner - Shared Workspace is seeking an Office Manager to join our support services team in Marion, SC. This is an in-person role that will create a welcoming environment for office members and guests. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties that ultimately support our vision of being the premiere coworking space and business services provider in the area. If you are detail-oriented, organized and have excellent computer and communication skills, this job is for you!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet internal and external visitors and direct appropriately, helping build genuine and enduring relationships with office members, their guests, and customers. 

  • Perform first impression tasks including answering the phone, taking messages, routing calls, scheduling initial and follow up appointments, in a professional manner.

  • Keep the office organized and stocked. Manage ordering process for office supplies keeping within budget.

  • Perform various administrative duties including, managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, scheduling conference room use, overseeing office machines/systems and troubleshooting issues, coordinating office housekeeping and maintenance, creating invoices, special projects, etc.

  • Provide administrative support for the CEO & COO.

  • Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance. 

  • Adhere to relevant health and safety procedures as well as company core values when communicating with guests/staff/vendors

  • Report relevant information to office personnel as needed.

  • Ensure full confidentiality on all duties performed.

  • Support office members with tasks.  

Location: Koworking Korner - Shared Workspace, Marion, SC

Closing Date: January 12, 2024

Start Date: February  5, 2024

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $15-$18 / hour DOE 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Management experience 

  • Previous administrative and/or customer service experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Able to pass drug screening and background check 

  • Medical office experience preferred but not required
